Snack Bar / Bake Sale

Have a group of kids who want to raise money for camp start a Snack Bar that is open before and after church or after a local sporting event. You can ask people from the church or friends & family to donate homemade baked goods and then sell the items for 100% profit. (Just be careful about doing bake sales in public places.
